Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cinetic Automation / Sharp LQ121S1DG11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ormec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Apg-Horner-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ormec such as the MMIQP36MU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NS5TQ00V2 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature moduleid47 by Manufacturer Apg-Horner-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Videojet Brand P39100SP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Idec such as PFA1U21 equipment made by Idec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Idec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Idec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MI4110KG1 made by Klockner-Moeller as well as the popular P142 original spares produced by Renishaw

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MV10MV10 by Exor and PFA1U21 spares by Idec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M10008 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Longford.
